Make a Payment

• One-Time Online Payment

  eLoan Pay is a one-time payment service designed to accept only a direct ACH transfer from your bank or credit union account.

  You will enter your loan account number, contact information, bank account details, including account number and routing number. You will need to authenticate and enter your information each time you make a payment using the eLoan Pay service.

  Payments made Monday through Friday prior to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be credited to your loan account on the same business day that the payment is made. Payments made after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time or on a Bank holiday will be credited on the next business day. In the case of a payment made after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, the payment will be credited the following Monday.

• Recurring Online Payment

  Customer Console offers you the opportunity to setup recurring payments from any financial institution checking or savings account. You can view your payment history, store payment methods and create your own automatic payment rule. An email address is required to use this service.

• Pay through your financial institution's bill pay

  If you use online banking with bill pay at another financial institution, add your 1st National Bank of Scotia loan as payee. Please allow sufficient time for mail delivery and processing. Be sure to include your loan number and the payment mailing address:

• Automatic Withdrawal from your bank/credit union account

  Authorize 1st National Bank of Scotia to automatically withdraw payment from your financial institution every month. Need to enroll? Email us at creditdept.cs@firstscotia.com. We will email you a form to complete.

• Pay Online from your 1st National deposit account

  Once logged into online or mobile banking, use the Money Movement tab to transfer money from your checking or savings account to your loan. You can even set up a transfer to take place automatically each month.

• Visit a 1st National branch

  Make a payment in-person at one of our local branches. Our locations are open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Drive thru windows open at 8:30 a.m.

  Each branch also has a night drop available to accept payments outside regular business hours.

• Make a check-by-phone payment

  You may call us during regular business hours at 518-370-7221 to make a check-by-phone payment from your financial institution. Please have your loan account number, payment amount, checking account and routing number available. Debit card payments are accepted over the phone. There is a convenience fee of $20.00 for this service.

• Mail a check

  Please allow sufficient time for mail delivery and processing. Include a loan coupon or write your loan account number on your check and mail to:
