Yes. There is no impact to existing templates or data saved in the underlying system database.

Will I still be able to search completed transactions (ACH/wires) from the old system once we are on 1st Business eBanking?
Yes. There is no impact to completed transactions or data saved in the underlying system database.

Will our searchable history timeframes remain the same (transactions, statements, completed transactions)?
Yes. There is no impact to the retention of transaction data or statements.

Will recurring transactions (ACH, internal transfers) be converted to the new user experience?
Yes. There is no impact to existing recurring transactions or data saved in the underlying system database. Please note recurring transactions will need to be reviewed and reapproved.

Will users' alerts, email and text, convert to the new user experience and be set up the same?
Yes. There is no impact to the existing alerts that are already configured.

Will users on smaller screen laptops and tablets have the same experience as traditional desktop/laptop users?
Yes. 1st Business eBanking has a responsive design that provides a consistent experience regardless of the device.

Will users be able to search for more than 90 days transaction history in a single search?
Yes. The ability to search for more than 90 days of transaction history in a single search is available in 1st Business eBanking.
