Now that our lobbies have reopened an appointment is no longer required, but we encourage you to continue to use this feature for non-teller line transactions.
Scheduling an appointment ensures that you will be assisted at the date and time that is most convenient for you. Plus, this allows our team to reach out to you in advance to be sure you have everything you need before your visit.
Please use the form below to request an in-branch service appointment. After completing the appointment request form we will contact you within one business day to schedule the best time for you to visit.
While visiting a branch we will continue to follow social distancing guidelines and require you to wear a face covering. Please review the health questions below prior to your branch visit. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, now or on the day of your appointment, please refrain from visiting the branch.
Within the past 14 days have you:
- Experienced COVID-19 symptoms such as a temperature of 100.4 F or higher, new cough, loss of taste or smell, or shortness of breath?
- Had a positive COVID-19 test?
- Had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case?
- Traveled outside New York State to a restricted state or territory?
